Refund
On receiving the product, we will investigate and review the product and initiate the refund/replacement. You will receive the refund/replacement within 7 working days to your source account or chosen payment method.
Refunds will not be issued if
1. The product returned is noticeably damaged or tampered with. 2. The shipping address you provided while placing the order is incorrect.
3. You have consumed part of the product and then decided to return it.
4. You do not comply with the return policy stated above.
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
1. The product ordered by you is out of stock with us.
2. The shipping address is not serviceable by us.
3. You comply with the return policy stated above.
4. The product returned by you is in good condition and hasn't been tampered with.
5. You were charged twice for a single order from the same email address.
Refund Amount Timelines
1. If you made an online payment, we will refund the amount back to the source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days of receiving the refund request from you.
2. For COD orders, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 14 working days of receiving a refund request.
Cancellation Policy
1. Your order can only be cancelled if it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, please write to our customer support team at info@revivehealthnwellness.com
2. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the refund will be processed by us within 7 business days after the cancellation request is acknowledged.
3. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
